Order is overrated. Good stories aren't.
Creative Chaos Pictures was founded on the idea that the messiest part of making something is where the best of it comes from — and that film is one of the fastest ways to change how people see the world.
Taylor Brooks
Taylor is a rising junior at New York University and an NYU MLK Scholar diving deep into Film & TV. She's passionate about making films that change the way people view the world — weaving themes like social justice into the stories she tells, and working to make space for voices that don't always get the mic.
In 2023, she was selected as a Teen Director for Black Girls Film Camp, where she wrote, directed, and produced her own award-winning short film.
What We Value
-
01
Story with a purpose
Every film should leave people seeing something — an issue, a person, a system — a little differently than before.
-
02
Diverse voices
The stories that get told, and who gets to tell them, are both part of the work.
-
03
Craft over speed
We'd rather take the extra pass than ship something we don't stand behind.
-
04
Impactful connection
The goal isn't just a finished film — it's a real connection with whoever's watching.
